Areas of Focus

Addiction

Addiction does not always look the way we think it does, and it doesn't always feel the way we expect it to. Often people are not aware that addiction doesn't always strip us of everything and everyone we love but instead just numbs us to the true joy that is part of this life. There are many approaches to healing addictive lifestyles and tendencies, and everyone has their individual path that I am versed in exploring.

Young Adults

Growing up isn't easy, and if you feel you're struggling to achieve the playbook of how to "adult "correctly- you're not the only one! Feeling lost or unsure of what the next steps are for you to embrace your life fully is a difficult experience! I have helped many find their way in getting to know themselves better and through the process, they have found feelings of more control and stability in their direction and life choices.

Men’s Issues

Learning how to balance the masculine and feminine parts of self is challenging for most humans in this world. When we are out of alignment in these areas we often experience symptoms that ripple through our lives' and impact our relationships with ourselves and others. When we are in balance we know the truth about who we are and what we're capable of.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a full time job, and nobody can do it but you! Don't worry it's not all monasteries and incense, you don't even have to be a Buddhist to appreciate the benefits of breath work and awareness. Most of us are so busy these days that we don't remember the last time we took five minutes to sit and check in with ourselves. With practice and instruction you can find the time and understand the importance of the tools and benefits of learning more about yourself in just a few breaths.

Codependency

Being loving and caring for others is a good thing right?! The answer is yes... and no. The truth is we have to align with our internal values for ourselves and learn how to care for others in our lives while "keeping our cup full"-so to speak. Our subconscious patterns inform how we interact with others and can often lead to feeling responsible for making others happy while sacrificing what we may be wanting or needing for ourselves. If this is something you find yourself doing-Its ok! There is a way to heal and find a way to be happy without the need for external validation!
