Ways to work together
I offer coaching grounded in fifteen years of clinical and relational work, with room for the mind(psychological), body(somatic), and heart(spiritual) parts of a person that most approaches leave out.
I keep a small caseload on purpose, so I can actually be with the men I'm working with rather than running them through a program. Curious how this differs from therapy?
Most men who find me are in one of three places. Wherever you are, there's a way in.
Starting Point
A focused first step for any of the paths below. We get clear on what's actually happening, what's driving it, and what it would take to change. Some men leave with what they need. Others use it to decide whether to go further.
- Four 1:1 sessions over four to six weeks
- A clear map of your patterns: what you reach for, what it protects, what it costs
- Practical somatic tools you can use between sessions
- An honest recommendation at the end about what comes next
The core containers
Every core container follows the same arc. It starts with an intensive month, because that's when patterns are most visible and change takes hold fastest. Then it settles into a steady rhythm while the work becomes part of your life.
The Marriage Work
For men in long-term relationships that have slowly gone quiet.
Less fighting than distance. You still love her, but you can feel something eroding, and the usual fixes haven't touched it. This is individual work aimed at the relationship: how you show up, what you avoid, and how to become a man your partner can actually reach.
- The patterns you bring into conflict and closeness
- Staying present with her when it gets hard
- Communication that repairs instead of defends
- Partner sessions when it serves the work
Executive Recovery
For high-functioning men whose habit is running more of their life than they'd say out loud.
Food, porn, substances, work itself. You're successful by every visible measure and quietly exhausted by what it takes to keep it going. This is private, discreet work that goes to the root rather than managing symptoms.
- What the habit is actually doing for you
- Tools for craving and impulse that work in real time
- Rebuilding a relationship to rest, pleasure, and enough
- Strict confidentiality and flexible scheduling
Beyond the Steps
For men in 12-step recovery who are still relapsing, or sober and sensing there's more.
The meetings gave you something real. This is for what they can't reach: the trauma underneath, the parts of you that still want out, and the deeper question of who you are when you're not fighting.
- Working with the parts of you that drive relapse
- Somatic work that complements your program
- The spiritual side of recovery, in your own terms
- Integrating step work with deeper self-understanding
Each container: 12 weeks · $7,500. Not sure which fits? That's what the first conversation is for.
Immersion
For men who know theyre going to need it and are Truly done wondering if they can actually change. Immersion includes everything in a core container, plus extended intensive sessions and the room to take on the existential questions: life and death, meaning, your relationship to something larger than yourself, and the old stories that have quietly set the limits of your life.
- Everything in a core container
- Extended intensive sessions for deeper processing
- Philosophical and contemplative grounding for the work
- Partner sessions where relevant
Groups and retreats
Coming in 2027. If you'd like to hear when they open, let me know through the contact page.
Reduced-fee spots
I hold a small number of reduced-fee spots for men who are ready to do the work and can't meet these prices. If that's you, reach out. I would rather you get what you need than go it alone.
